NOBULL and Brooke Ence shake things up with signature shoe launch.

On July 22, 2015, NOBULL launched a pre-sale for the Ence Trainer, a signature shoe created with their newest brand athlete, Brooke Ence. The release aligned with the start of competition at the 2015 CrossFit Games, where Brooke is making her debut in the individual women’s division.

NOBULL signed Brooke in May, prior to the CrossFit Regionals, where she placed 1st in the California Region.

Brooke is clearly very excited about the relationship and commented: “This is one sexy shoe…I just couldn’t say no”, when announcing the signing on Instagram, referring to the original NOBULL Trainer.

After winning the California Regional, Brooke flew to Boston and spent time with the team at NOBULL. While there, Brooke and Michael Schaeffer, NOBULL co-founder and former creative director at Reebok, worked closely to design her signature shoe.

The Ence Trainer, which is available in men’s and women’s, adds a new twist to the original NOBULL Trainer. Its unassuming white exterior is accented by a vibrant interior watercolor print. The interior of the right shoe includes a sketch of lion, while the interior of the left includes the message “DARE TO BE DIFFERENT”, meant to inspire Brooke’s fans and represent her charismatic personality.

“The response and excitement has been amazing for Brooke’s shoe and we are extremely excited to have Brooke as part of our long-term plans,” said Marcus Wilson, NOBULL co-founder.

The Ence Trainer is available for pre-sale (October delivery) on NOBULL’s website (www.nobullproject.com) and Brooke Ence’s website (www.brookeence.com), which was launched late last week.
