Don’t put an umbrella in this protein-packed pina colada! Chia seeds and bee pollen add extra superfood protein to help rebuild cells and maintain healthy tissues and muscles. Pineapple stimulates digestion while coconut is a good source of iron to help oxygenate your cells and support your immune system.

1 serving plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup shredded organic unsweetened coconut, or 1 cup fresh coconut meat
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp bee pollen
3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup ice

Variations:
+Add frozen banana
+Add fresh mint
