Nomination Testimonial: “When I first joined CrossFit Aledo on 7/24/12 I was overweight and scared to start working out. My confidence was so low I wouldn’t even wear shorts. What kept me motivated and showing up to the box everyday was the support from our owner and coach Kelly King. I feel that her instruction, confidence in my potential saved my life. I am a better mother and wife because of Crossfit and the new family I have because that is from what Kelly has built. Thanks to Kelly I now compete in CrossFit competitions and Olympic weight lifting. Kelly is constantly educating herself to help her clients.
