Look Like a Beauty Train Like a Beast

Beast Mode isn’t just for men anymore! Crossfit was once an underground workout for Firefighters, Law Enforcement and Military personnel. Has now made its way to the mainstream of fitness around the world, and a majority of the new adopters are women. Women have come to the forefront of the fitness world. Traditionally saddled with the weaker sex moniker, these women move weight around at levels that far exceed even their own body weight and do it repeatedly. The results are impressive for both genders, but woman in particular are singing the praises of Crossfit, from incredible physical changes, strength gains and a renewed sense of self confidence. More women are becoming comfortable with doing Crossfit.

Here are some examples of nontraditional exercises and their benefits:

Framers Walk

Farmers walk is one of the most functional exercises there is, there is nothing more natural than picking up a weight and walking with it. Human beings had to carry heavy loads in this manner before the creation of our mechanized world. The farmer’s walk is a bio-mechanically sound movement with little to no stress on the joints if done properly. One of the best exercises for the forearms, hand grip and a great functional full body strengthen workout.

Prowler

The prowler is one of the best ways to sculpt the hips and thighs. Pushing weight as fast as you can, whether for time or for reps, the prowler will exhaust you and whip you into shape quick.

Lunges

Lunges are considered as one of the best exercises that work the lower body muscles. Whether you’re trying to shape your lower body, increase muscle tissue, develop core strength or make your hips more flexible, the lunge can help you achieve your goal. This functional, multi-joint exercise can be modified to meet your fitness level. Whether you’re doing basic beginner lunges or take on a more advanced variety, such as lunges with your rear foot elevated, the exercise is beneficial in more ways than one.

Tire Flips

Tire training can add a new dimension to your strength and conditioning program regardless of what sports you play or your level of athletic ability. The strength and aerobic benefits of tire training can enhance your overall stamina and strength. Tire training is one of the best total body strength and conditioning workouts that a person can do. You use your total body when you flip the tire, and by varying the distance you flip the tire and time you flip the tire you can get a great aerobic workout.

Pull ups

The pull (also called a chin up) is one of the most overlooked exercises for building upper body, back and core strength. Pull ups are easily the most effective vertical pulling exercise available, and simply dominate other back movements in terms of their capacity to build muscular strength.

Caption quotes:

Confident! It is easy to see confidence in women just by the way she moves and carries herself and by the look in her eyes. In this environment, it is all about pushing yourself a little bit further and harder everyday. Which breeds and builds confidence.

supportive! Attend nearly any Cross fit Box, and you will see women battling it out in a workout and give that same rival a big, fat, enthusiastic HIGH FIVE to celebrate their finishes. It is very common for head to head competitors be incredible supporters of each other and the rest of the women as well.

Hot, Hot, Hot. Yep, workout warrior princess. Men and women alike are taking notice of the incredible physical changes happening to these female athletes.
